
Ayurveda means “science of life and longevity” and is a sister science to yoga. Both are healing disciplines developed over 5,000 years ago in India and have always been used together. Ayurveda is an art of daily living in harmony with the laws of nature.
Join Sharon Mariani for a workshop to introduce you to ayurveda’s all natural healing system. You’ll learn your dosha (body type) and the food combinations, spices and herbs that are most beneficial to you.

This class includes a lecture/discussion and yoga practice. Join us after the class for a 30 minute social with home-made ayurvedic chai that is “tridoshic”, balancing all 3 dochas and a baked treat. There will be two ayurveda books available for purchase, cash or check only.
